Challenge: Attract and retain IT personnel during the IT Boom.

improve internal and external perceptions, acknowledging unique IT culture within a big bank culture while also creating renewed energy and life by creating TDiT as a Brand within TD Bank’s Financial Group.

Results: Campaign was so successful, there was a surge of potential applicants registering online to crash online server.
With more then enough applications, attention was redirected towards retention, keeping existing personnel happy and content – which was evident in employees volunteeringly posting up TDiT campaign ads within their own work areas as well as use of other TDiT branded items.
